We would give them 0 stars if we could. They are the absolute worst management company we have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, rude and untimely. We never were late or missed a payment. First they gave the option of a security deposit or a montly fee. We chose to do the security deposit and paid. A month after we moved in, they returned the security deposit and said we had no choice but to do the monthly fee. Then a year later they said they had to follow the law and do the security deposit after a year of taking that fee from us each month. We then paid the security deposit again. Two years later, we bought a house & did everything on their checklist. We even hired carpent cleaners, landscapers, and painters to ensure it was perfect. We kept the ulitilities on for 10 additional days for them as they did their inspections. Then yesterday, Muldoon sent an email saying they cut ties with that landlord and gave our security deposit to the landlord instead of returning it us. Our agreement ended 6/26. Well before they cut ties with the landlord. Forcing us to chase down this landlord for our deposit they had no right to give to anyone but us. It's not only unethical but illegal. The 3 years there, it was a fight for them to fix anything. Took over a month to get the refrigerator replaced. Just a terrible management company. If you can, go somewhere else.
