Matt Tarpy deserves 10 stars! Talk about being a cut above, Matt is not just a realtor. When buying my first house in 2017, the previous owner hadn't occupied the home due to medical reasons. Matt cleaned up the yards, hauled all the trash and junk away at his own expense, and saved me from putting offers on other homes that were subpar.
