Trust & Confidence describe my relationship with Daniel Muldoon's firm. Daniel saved me $60,000 one afternoon with patient consultation, advisement, and fact-finding on a matter that kept me awake all night, an issue which was about to cost me an arm & a potential leg. My customized level of client-firm engagement is structured with fees being right sized for my business and business planning needs. Oh, and they brought me wonderful screened tenants forthwith upon using Muldoon's property management for advertising, screening, securing, and ensuring compliance on tenant-landlord issues. Fees were acceptable for that a-la-carte service. The tenants seem to be longer-term, so it paid to use the Muldoon system for my tenant recruitment.

Muldoon Associates inc Has been a great service for me and my family. I moved from the Springs to Pueblo back in 2020 into one of their properties and it was a great experience, I even offered to buy the home I rented. I chose to buy my own and used them to rent out my home while stationed in Germany. They are a great company to work with and I have been able to communicate my needs to them and they have meet them all. Keep up the great job!!!

Move in was exceptional. A bit disappointed that issues identified during the prior tenants move out were left unresolved (taking the former tenants comments in a note at face value). Other than that everything was smooth and I look forward to the issues being resolved quickly.
